Go to:
Google Play Console → Countries/Regions
Select All Countries and click Save.
This ensures testers from anywhere in the world can install your app.

Play Console → Test & Release → Testing → Closed Testing → Testers
Choose Google Groups and add:
Click Save.
Make sure your app bundle, store listing, and content rating are already completed.
Step 3:
Submit Your App for Review ✅
Now:
Review all pending changes
Click Send changes for review
Google will review your app.
Once approved, your closed test will be active.
Important Note About Tester Count Updates ⏳
After you upload your app to the testing track, do not expect the tester count to update immediately.
Google Play usually updates the tester status by the end of the day, not in real time.
This is because testers join from different locations and IP addresses, and the system needs time to verify their participation.
If you still don’t receive the required testers, contact: 12testerspro@gmail.com
Do not submit the form before 14 days are completed.
Early submission may reset your testing and increase the risk of rejection.
